We ship most orders within 24 hours of receipt of order.
When Paying by Credit Card or Pay Pal Place the order and then wait to be contacted by us for the exact amount of shipping. Shipping charges are not estimated online or added until we package your order.
Refunds and exchanges are made only on defective product:
We will need defective product returned to us or pictures showing defective product. We carry sample size products for testing, we recommend trying the sample sizes first. Claims on defective product must be submitted in writing within 7 business days. If for some reason an order is placed and you have paid and then cancel the order a 15% restocking fee will be charged to cover bank charges etc.
